At Bural, your satisfaction is important to us. In accordance with the Croatian Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to unilaterally terminate a purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
Right to Unilateral Termination
You may terminate the contract by submitting a completed Standard Withdrawal Form or by providing an unambiguous statement of your intention to withdraw, sent via email or another permanent medium.
This right does not apply to products excluded under Article 79 of the Consumer Protection Act (e.g. personalized or opened items). Products to which this exception applies will be clearly marked on the product page.
How to Return a Product

- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Products must be returned undamaged, preferably in original packaging.
- In case of special packaging (e.g. Styrofoam, foil), please ensure all components are secured to prevent damage.

Refund Process
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected. You will be informed of the status and refund amount within 10 days via email.
The refund will be issued within 5 days after notification, using the same payment method used during the purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Depreciation & Handling
As per Article 77 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is responsible for any decrease in product value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product’s nature, features, and functionality.
If a product is returned used, damaged, or without original packaging, Bural reserves the right to deduct an amount equal to the depreciation from the refund total. Customers will be notified in such cases.
What If the Package is Damaged?
- If the external packaging is visibly damaged, do not accept the shipment. Inform the courier and request return to sender.
- If damage is discovered after accepting the package, retain the packaging and contact us within 14 days.
- In case Bural organizes return shipping, the product must be properly repacked using original materials if possible.
Refusal to Pay or Accept Shipment
In cases where the buyer refuses delivery of an undamaged item without justification, Bural reserves the right to offset return shipping costs against the original purchase amount.
