All payments are made in EUR. The charged amount will be converted into local currency according to the exchange rate of your card company or bank.

Cash on delivery in Croatia only

The cash on delivery option allows you to pay the amount of the order upon delivery to the specified address, only when you see the goods in front of you. Cash on delivery payment is made exclusively in cash, to the delivery person at the time of delivery to the specified address. In case the recipient is not able to receive the shipment at the defined delivery address at the time of delivery, the delivery person leaves a notification about the arrival of the shipment.

This option depends on the delivery address and is not possible for all orders.

Payment by card

American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Diners one time. The Payment Gateway system service is provided by STRIPE.

Payment by transfer

If you choose payment by transfer, you will get an email containing sales invoice with all the data necessary for transfer, including the bank account where you will pay the order sum into. Payment can be effected via net banking or by other ways such as paying via postal service, bank, and other financial institutions or agencies.

After receiving your payment, we shall begin to process your order. Since the dates of submitting of order and actual payment can be different, a delivery date can be consequently delayed.
