What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

- Credit and debit cards:  Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express.
- Digital wallets: Google Pay, Apple Pay
- Cash on delivery:  Available within Croatia only.

Payment Authentication Notice.
In accordance with the European PSD2 regulation, you may be required to complete a payment authentication step when using a credit or debit card. This adds an extra layer of security to your online purchase.

Return by Mail? + -
  • Returns are possible within 30 days from the day you received the email confirming the shipment of your order.
  • Do not forget that you must have a receipt to return any product.
  • The products you return must be in the same condition in which you received them.
  • Pack the products you wish to return and include the purchase receipt.

  • If you made the purchase through a user account on our website: log in with your username and password. In the order details section, you will be able to request a return.
  • If you made the purchase as a guest: request a return via the link found in any email we have sent you regarding your order.

Refund? + -
  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method that you used for the purchase.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been made.
Do I have the option to withdraw from the purchase? + -

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the moment you receive the order. To do so, you must inform us in writing by sending an email to buraldubrovnik@gmail.com or by mail. Attach the receipt.

What can I do if I received a wrong or defective item? + -
  • Initiate a return and inform us by email that it concerns a wrong or defective item at buraldubrovnik@gmail.com.
  • We will refund the amount of the items plus shipping costs as soon as we receive them back in our warehouse.
